1. Party rules: This house is in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Outdoor quiet time is 10 PM - 8:00 AM. No music in the backyard Neighborhood & Quiet Hours Our home is nestled in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us keep it that way: Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor Noise: Absolutely no music is allowed in the backyard at any time. Please keep outdoor conversations to a respectful volume to respect our neighbors' privacy. Strict House Rules No Gatherings: Strictly no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. 100% Smoke-Free: Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco and e-cigarettes) inside the home. Marijuana Policy: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for marijuana smoking anywhere on the premises, including both inside the home and outside in the backyard. Any violations of the above will result in a fine of $250 and constitute a cancellation of the booking with no refund. We care about our neighbors enjoying quite time after 10 PM and appreciate your cooperation in this regard. 2. Security cameras: a. Doorbell camera is at the front door b. Camera facing the backyard c. Camera facing the driveway 3. Nightly rate: Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized.
