Respecting these rules helps us maintain a peaceful environment and keep our property in top shape for future guests. 🤫 Neighborhood & Quiet Hours Our home is nestled in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us keep it that way: • Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Outdoor Noise: Absolutely no music is allowed in the backyard at any time. • Conversations: Keep outdoor conversations to a respectful volume to respect our neighbors' privacy. 🛑 Strict House Rules Violations of the rules below will result in an immediate $250 fine, booking cancellation, and eviction with no refund: • No Gatherings: Strictly no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • No Furniture Rearranging: Please do not rearrange any furniture inside the home. • Illicit Behavior: Absolutely no illegal drugs or illicit activities are allowed on the premises. 🚭 Smoking & Marijuana Policy • 100% Smoke-Free Interior: Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco and e-cigarettes) inside the home. Violating this rule will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee. • Marijuana Policy: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for marijuana smoking anywhere on the premises. This includes both inside the home and outside in the backyard. 🚗 Parking Guidelines We can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles: • Carport: 1 car can be parked in the carport • Street: Additional cars need to be parked in front of the home without blocking entry for other vehicles 🗑️ Trash Instructions • Bagging: All trash must be securely placed inside trash bags (provided under the kitchen sink) before being put outside in the trash bins. The trash goes into BLACK trash bin and recycles (no food items) goes into GREEN trash bin 🌟 Welcome & Wi-Fi • The Wi-Fi network name and password details are provided directly in your Airbnb check-in instructions. 🎥 Security Cameras For your safety and the security of the property, we have 3 external cameras • Doorbell camera at the front door • Camera facing the front yard • Camera facing the carport 👥 Guests & Pets • Guest Count: Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests. Please ensure your booking has an accurate guest count. Additional guests must be approved in advance. • Pets: You must disclose any pets prior to arrival. We allow a maximum of 2 pets, and an additional pet fee applies. 🧹 Checkout Instructions Checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you require a late checkout, you must request it and receive approval ahead of time. Before you leave, please complete the following: • Trash: Put out any remaining trash in trash bags (under kitchen sink) and put them in the BLUE trash bin. Recyclables in GREEN trash bin • Dishes: Place all used utensils and dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. • Belongings: Gather all your personal belongings.

The guests can access all rooms in the home and the space in the back yard. The storage room in the car port area is not available to the guests.
